Project Description:
Are you a leader who manages individuals or one who builds superteams? Schools must evolve from merely having individuals working independently to creating interdependent superteams that collaborate for the benefit of their learners. This transformation fosters collective efficacy, where a shared belief in the team's ability to achieve educational goals leads to better learning outcomes.
This course goes beyond learning; it builds a cohort of school leaders dedicated to creating high-performance teams. Each week, participants will learn a new protocol for leading superteams and then implement it in their schools. Using the Huddle Up platform, leaders will share their experiences, reflect together, gain insights from each other, and identify promising practices and common challenges. This process of sharing, reflecting, and applying feedback allows leaders to test protocols in real-time, and discuss successes and improvements with the cohort. By observing how protocols work in different settings, participants can adapt strategies to their unique challenges and opportunities.
Through structured learning, practical application, and collaborative reflection, leaders will gain a replicable blueprint for success, fostering collective efficacy and achieving better outcomes for their learners. Participants will have two optional live sessions with project leader Kristine Mizzone to ask questions and exchange ideas.
The Huddle Up Learning platform is a new model allowing teams to asynchronously collaborate, learn and take action together. If you share our passion, connect with us for a free demo or give a shout out on social media.
